Rare photo of Bob Butts taken with the original #5 Batmobile shortly after he restored it in the late 80's. I believe this photo was taken in 1986.
I'll be adding alot more pics of this car, including very early shots I took just before the restoration was completed.

This is the very first picture I ever took of Bob and it was also the day I met him. Little did I know, but my life was about to change forever!
The Batmobile was almost finished. The canopy's weren't on yet so we set them on
for the photo. As you will notice the metal frames aren't on yet. Page two of this album will show you what I saw on that first day when I walked in to see the car for the very first time in my life. It was also the first Batmobile I had ever seen, and, it was the day my life would take a 360 degree turn and never be the same again!

This is Bob & I with the beautiful Yavonne Craig back stage in the late 80's at either the "Will Shriner Show" or "The Late Show". I'll have to look to see which one it was as we did both shows. As you can see we were all having a fun time! Just look at that smile on Bobs face! Y.C. is one of the most pleasent people I have ever met.
