This here was a day I would never forget. We were doing a photo shoot for a billboard add to be used over in England. They sent their own camera
men over to do the shoot. It took all day long for them to get the perfect shot to use for the billboard. We were running out of sunlight when they
finally got the picture they needed. Because it took so long I missed the Pink Floyd
concert in L.A. that night. But I made up for it because I got to drive the Batmobile for the first time on this day. Let me tell you what a thrill it was! There is nothing like the first time! Even after 17 years now of driving all those Batmobiles I still get that same great feeling, just not quite like my first time.

These 3 photos were taken at the Dry Lake Bed in El Mirage, CA. in 1986.

Oh yea, and by the way, I did finally get to see Pink Floyd a couple of weeks later!
